Can I Add or Change My TV Channels?
To make adjustments to your TV programming, call our Customer Service line between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday at (613) 659-2222. All Packages, Theme Packs have a 30 day commitment.
How Long Do DVR Recordings Save?
There is no time limit on your recordings however once your DVR nears its maximum percentage of available space, it will prompt you to delete old recordings.
How Much is a Set-Top Box Rental?
The first STB receiver is free, additional STB receiver are $7.75/month
PVR: Record your favourite shows. Pause and Rewind live TV for $10.00/month.
How to Reboot a Set Top Box?
Sometimes power outages or other interruptions in service will cause set top boxes (STB) to stop communicating with Lansdowne, meaning they may not be able to display current Guide information or display picture and sound correctly.
In these cases, one of the self serve solutions is to simply reboot the set top box. This in intended to “force” the box to reboot and absorb any programming updates.
