Internet/TV Issues

1. Do NOT reset any equipment.

2. Wait 15min and see if the problem resolves itself.

3. Check all cables and connections to verify the are installed correctly.

4. Unplug all connection equipment (router, modem, computer, receiver etc).

5. Wait 60 seconds and power the equipment back on.

6. Wait 5 min and see if the problem is resolved.
