Some things you should know to help maintain the vibrancy and life of your charms:

1) Never wear your Custom Photo Italian Charms around sources of moisture, ie. washing dishes, bathing, showering, swimming, etc. as this will loosen the glue that holds your photo to your stainless steel charm.

2) Don’t wear your charm where it will receive a lot of punishment, ie. Banging, falling off of your arm, or striking objects as this will weaken the glue as well.

3) We suggest only wearing your Custom Photo Italian Charms for special occasions, not for everyday use as constant exposure to the elements will weaken the color/glue of your charms. Keep in mind that these are hand-made items that need care.

4) Cleaning – use a very lightly dampened towel to clean your charm, and polish, stretching out the bracelet to clean within the links.
